Code of Conduct

Academic integrity means acting honestly, fairly, and responsibly in educational settings. We do not allow our Site or Services to be used for academic dishonesty, including (without limitation):

• contract cheating or submitting work on someone else’s behalf;
• plagiarism or presenting content as your own without proper attribution;
• collusion or unauthorized collaboration;
• scams or other deceptive practices;
• fabrication of information or sources;
• falsification or manipulation of data;
• sabotaging someone else’s work;
• impersonation;
• misleading or deceiving others.

You must not use the Site or Services for any of the prohibited conduct above. Our Services are intended to support learning and skill-building, not to facilitate academic misconduct.

Using the AI Tool Service is not automatically academic misconduct. However, you may not use the AI Tool Service to complete or submit coursework, exams, or assignments unless your instructor (or institution) has expressly authorized such use for that specific course or task.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with the academic integrity rules, honor codes, and policies that apply to you.

You may not use the AI Tool Service (or any part of the Site) to:

• generate harmful, deceptive, or misleading content;
• produce academic work that violates academic integrity rules or institutional policies;
• engage in illegal or unauthorized applications of AI within educational settings;
• request or generate content intended to facilitate cheating, fraud, or deception.

Automated or high-volume use of the AI Tool Service (including via bots, scripts, scraping, or similar mechanisms) is strictly prohibited unless the Company explicitly permits it in writing.

We do not support corporate dishonesty or violations of internal company policies. You may not use the Site or Services to assist with fraud, deception, or unlawful conduct in any professional or business context.

You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and any relevant institutional rules when using the Site and Services. We may suspend or deny access to the Services to any person who violates this Code.

If you use the Services in violation of this Code, you understand that you may be subject to consequences imposed by your institution and/or legal authorities. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Site or Services (to the extent permitted by applicable law).

You are responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated content you use complies with applicable legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• you will use the Services only for lawful, personal, and informational purposes;
• you will not use the Services in a harmful, abusive, or deceptive manner;
• you will not violate academic integrity policies, honor codes, or other rules established by your educational institution; and
• you will not upload, store, share, or transmit content that is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others, or that encourages illegal or harmful conduct.

We aim to provide helpful Services, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of any content generated or provided through the Site. The Services are provided for informational purposes only, and you use them at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content and for any consequences that result from your use.

We may update this Code from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on the Site. It is your responsibility to review this Code periodically. By continuing to use the Services after an update, you agree to the revised Code.
